Scallion Cake

Crispy on both sides

lots and lots of scallion filling

like a rose

The 3-minute wait was well worth it,

 We finished it in the car,
 steaming hot in such a cold afternoon.

The downside,

 I dropped 3 tiny pieces of scallion on my white coat!
