20110211 臘肉

My friend Ruth's home-made preserved pork.
Not at all salty as the name Salted Preserved Pork connotes.
Thank you dear friend for sharing 2 pcs of it with us.
Everyone said it is THE BEST!

  1. Becky, thank you so much for the sweet comment yesterday. Parker is going to have a fun-filled weekend for sure. I'm enjoying spending time with Cooper and getting in some good r&r. :) After a trip to Ho Chi Minh City back in 2008, I have hoped for us to one day return to that area of the world and be able to spend some time in other places like Taiwan...I fell in love with the people and culture at the airport. :) I'll enjoy checking in to read about your fun adventures in that amazing place!
